We've been BUZZed to find a Business Development Manager, with a focus on SME & Corporate business. We are looking for a charismatic and confident communicator who thrives on maximising opportunities for growth and gets a BUZZ out of succeeding. If you're a result driven "hunter" - give us a BUZZ! 

The successful candidate must be able to effectively grow the corporate business and revenue whilst being customer satisfaction focused. A strong knowledge of the corporate hotel sector within New Zealand is essential and the ability to identify new corporate opportunities. 

We are looking for someone with proven experience in developing relationships, portfolio care, and meeting and exceeding sales targets set in conjunction with the company sales objectives. It is imperative you have an in depth knowledge of the accommodation sector, with a proven track record in BDM and Account Management. 

Your outstanding communication skills will have you dealing with a wide range of levels in business, from SME's to large corporate clients. The company places a strong emphasis on developing their people's abilities, providing ongoing training, excellent incentive schemes, they identify future leaders and hone their skills.

This is a home based position, preferably Auckland, Wellington or Christchurch. You will be set up with all the tools - internet, phone, laptop & fuel card.
